RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All our parts are shipped insured, breakage rarely occurs, but in case that it does, you should report the breakage as soon as possible (24 - 48 h ) and provide as far as possible photographs of what happened. Photographs of the condition of the box and the original packaging. We will make a claim to the insurance company and we will automatically initiate the shipment of a new part. In the event that the customer wishes to manage their own shipment, we will take care of the packaging if desired, but we are not responsible for any damage or breakage to the piece. It is possible to make exchanges and returns, but we will assess the reason for the change in each particular case to assess which party bears the costs of this exchange or return.
Once the shipping track is generated and provided to the customer, the customer is responsible for tracking. In case the customer is not going to be at home the customer must contact the shipping company and change the shipping address provided, since if there are three failed delivery attempts the package is returned to the sender. The costs generated by this operation and the new shipment are at the customer's expense.

We have our rates with UPS and Fedex, we try to make shipments in the safest and most economical way, and in some cases we make discounts on shipments to facilitate the process to the customer.

VAT AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
If you are buying in a country whose borders charge duties on imported goods, the postal service will ask you to pay this import tax, which you will then pay to your government.
If you refuse to pay the duty and the part is shipped back to us and arrives safely, we will refund the part minus the additional return shipping charges. If the package is abandoned because the duties are not accepted, we cannot reimburse you for the lost merchandise. If the part is returned damaged or broken, we will not be able to reimburse you for the lost merchandise. Parts are often mishandled going in and out of customs and we do not recommend relying on returning the merchandise safely, as it is often lost or damaged as it is rejected upon delivery, and the studio is not always contacted to advise of the return of the package.

Todas nuestras piezas se envían aseguradas, rara vez se producen roturas, pero en caso que ocurra, se debe comunicar lo antes posible (24 - 48 h) y aportar en la medida de lo posible fotografías del estado de la caja y del embalaje original. Nosotros reclamaremos al seguro y automáticamente iniciaremos el envío de una nueva pieza. Es posible realizar cambios y devoluciones, pero valoraremos el motivo del cambio en cada caso de forma particular para valorar qué parte corre con los gastos derivados de este cambio o devolución.
Una vez generado el track de envío y facilitado al cliente, el cliente es responsable de hacer el seguimiento. En caso que no se vaya a estar en el domicilio el cliente debe contactar con la compañía de transporte y cambiar la dirección de envío facilitada, ya que si hay tres intentos de entrega fallidos el paquete es retornado al remitente. Los gastos generados de esta operación y el nuevo envío son a cuenta del cliente.
